- Getting there: Moses Mabhida Stadium & People's Park is 31 km from Cabana Mio, about 26 minutes by road without traffic. On event days, leave early and allow extra time for parking and road closures.
- Suggested dates: arrive Friday, 18 December and leave Monday, 21 December, so the event day is free of travel.
- Weather in December: days average 27°C and nights 20°C, with about 11 rainy days in the month. The sea is around 24°C.
