The course
Founded in 1926 and laid out by Robert Grimsdell, Scottburgh is an 18-hole course the club describes as suited to all levels, with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. When the easterly wind blows, it plays a lot longer than the card says.
There is a pro shop, and the clubhouse restaurant looks out to sea, which makes this a good course for a group with non-golfers who can join for lunch.
